Each year, Summer Under the Son is made possible by our volunteers who help create a welcoming, safe, and spiritually enriching experience for everyone who attends.

Whether you're gifted in hospitality, prayer, practical support, or simply have a heart to serve—we’d love to hear from you. There are many ways to get involved, and every contribution makes a difference.

Application Process
To volunteer, you must be:

A committed Christian and agree to CMS Victoria's Code of Conduct

Have a current WWCC
-
Willing to serve and work in a team with others

Prepared to complete any required training.

Ways to serve
Car Park
Direct traffic to help attendees arrive and access the event.
Hospitality & Catering
Creating a welcoming environment, setting tables, & preparing food.
Manual Labour
Setting up, packing up, and rearranging rooms.
Welcome Team
Direct people to main sessions or workshops; ensure all attendees have been signed in and are wearing a lanyard to ensure conference safety
Ministry Team
Offers prayerful and spiritual support to attendees, creating space for encouragement, discernment, and care throughout the event.
